Estimated delivery times for UK orders is 4-5 working days. Shipping Fees can vary between £2-5 and are based on the size and/or weight of the shipment.
We can ship to almost any country in the world. Estimated delivery times for International orders vary. The following list can offer an estimate of delivery times based on geographical location. Please be aware customs checks and import fees can delay delivery times:
Russian customers: Please ensure you use a business address when ordering. Orders with residential addresses will be refused by Russian authorities.
Import Fees: We cannot be held responsible for the payment of any Customs Duty/Import fees that may be a result of purchasing from our store – this is the full responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you are aware of and well versed in the imports regulations in your region.
We can accept returns for refund only as we don’t hold buffer stock for exchanges. Any item returned to us will refunded on the basis that the returned item(s) reach us unworn, in their original and sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. We cannot refund any items that have been washed or worn.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received. With the exception of any damaged/faulty items, we are not responsible for return postage fees.
To return an item simply fill out in full and enclose the following returns form in with your return. You can download our returns form below.
International Customers: Please ensure you send your return to the address on our returns form and NOT the ‘sender’ address on the parcel you receive.
Sorry, but we can only amend addresses. If you require us to amend an item colour/size we will either refund that particular item or cancel the full order for you to place it again with the size/colours changes made. This is because our system will not allow us to edit an order once it has been placed. For us to ignore this/manually amend an order would put our stock levels out of sync.
Please contact us as soon as possible to make amendments to order. Amendments cannot be made once the order has been processed.
