This return shipping fee will be the same as the shipping cost originally paid at the time of purchase, as we cannot be held accountable for non-compliance of payment of import duties and/or customs charges by the receiver.

BREXIT (EU CUSTOMERS): Please be aware that from 1st Jan 2021, because we ship from the United Kingdom, all shipments to EU countries will be subject to VAT fees upon arrival. The total of these fees will vary depending on the value of the shipment and will be collected by DHL. Sadly, although import fees/tariffs have been waived in the recent Brexit deal, VAT now needs to be collected upon delivery.
We are working on offering a more convenient solution to paying these fees however, because these regulations are so new, this is the only solution available for the time being.

SHIPMENT REFUSALS: In the event of a shipment being refused by the customer, at or before the point of delivery, the shipment will automatically be returned to us by our courier. Upon receiving the shipment back, the customer will receive a refund, minus the cost of having the item(s) shipped back to us (Return shipping charge).

We can ship to almost any country in the world. Estimated delivery times for International orders vary. The following list can offer an estimate of delivery times based on geographical location from the point of dispatch. Please be aware customs checks and import fees can delay delivery times:

  • Europe: 2-3 Working Days
  • North America: 2-3 Working Days
  • Australasia: 2-4 Working Days
  • Asia: 2-5 Working Days
  • Middle East: 2-5 Working Days
  • Central & South America: 3-6 Working Days
  • Africa: 3-7 Working Days

Russian Customers: At this moment in time, due to Russian Government restrictions, we cannot ship to any customers in Russia.

Worldwide delivery with DHL Express:

When you choose Express delivery by DHL, your order will be sent with the DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.

DHL ODD notifies you by email/text about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date & time. When this date does not fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place.

DHL ODD offers the following flexible delivery options:

  • - Deliver my package to another address: alternate delivery to work or family
  • - Deliver my package to a safe place: authorize shipment release to appointed safe place
  • - Deliver my package with neighbour: Leave the package at your neighbour, reception or guard
  • - Deliver my package at a DHL ServicePoint: hold for pick‐up collection
  • - Request to store my package: vacation hold safekeeping your parcel up to 30 days
  • - Deliver my package on another day: scheduled delivery

We can accept returns for either refund or exchange. Any item returned to us will be refunded/exchanged on the basis that the returned item(s) reach us unworn, in their original and sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. We cannot process any returns that have been washed or worn.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received. With the exception of any damaged/faulty items, we are not responsible for return postage fees.

For any faulty items, please contact us before returning them and we will issue you a pre-paid returns label.

Please contact us as soon as possible to make amendments to your orders. We will do our best to make the requested changes as soon as possible however, once an order has entered the processing stage amendments can no longer be made.
