We can ship to almost any country in the world. Estimated delivery times for International orders vary. The following list can offer an estimate of delivery times based on geographical location from the point of dispatch. Please be aware customs checks and import fees can delay delivery times:

  • Europe: 2-3 Working Days
  • North America: 2-3 Working Days
  • Australasia: 2-4 Working Days
  • Asia: 2-5 Working Days
  • Middle East: 2-5 Working Days
  • Central & South America: 3-6 Working Days
  • Africa: 3-7 Working Days

Russian Customers: At this moment in time, due to Russian Government restrictions, we cannot ship to any customers in Russia.

Worldwide delivery with DHL Express:

When you choose Express delivery by DHL, your order will be sent with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.

DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this date does not fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place.

DHL ODD offers the following flexible delivery options:

  • - Deliver my package to another address: alternate delivery to work or family
  • - Deliver my package at a safe place: authorize shipment release to appointed safe place
  • - Deliver my package with neighbour: Leave the package at your neighbour, reception or guard specified
  • - Deliver my package at a DHL ServicePoint: hold for pick‐up collection
  • - Request to store my package: vacation hold safekeeping your parcel up to 30 days
  • - Deliver my package on another day: scheduled delivery

We can accept returns for refund only as we don’t hold buffer stock for exchanges. Any item returned to us will be refunded on the basis that the returned item(s) reach us unworn, in their original and sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. We cannot refund any items that have been washed or worn.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received. With the exception of any damaged/faulty items, we are not responsible for return postage fees.

For any faulty items, please contact us before returning them and we will issue you a pre-paid returns label.

To return an item simply fill out in full and enclose the following returns form in with your return. You can download our returns form below.

International Customers: Please ensure you send your return to the address on our returns form and NOT the ‘sender’ address on the parcel you receive.

Sorry, but we can only amend addresses. If you require us to amend an item colour/size we will either refund that particular item or cancel the full order for you to place it again with the size/colours changes made. This is because our system will not allow us to edit an order once it has been placed. For us to ignore this/manually amend an order would put our stock levels out of sync.

Please contact us as soon as possible to make amendments to orders. Amendments cannot be made once the order has been processed.
