Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email which will contain key info including your order number. From here our warehouse team will begin picking, packing and shipping your order as soon as possible, usually over the following 24-76 hours. Once your order is ready to be collected by Royal Mail/DPD/DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking link. Please be aware that updates on your tracking link can take up to 24 hours to show so please hang tight.

To qualify for free shipping on your order the amount needed must be equal to or greater than £80 for domestic orders (this includes post-discount order totals). Please be aware of this before heading to checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible regarding amendments to your order. We will do our best to make the requested changes as soon as possible. However, once an order has entered the processing stage amendments can no longer be made.

Some orders may be flagged by our system for being potentially fraudulent, in which case they will be cancelled and refunded within 24-76 hours of ordering. Using a VPN or proxy internet connection is known to trigger this on our system. Please be aware: Any orders placed using a VPN are at risk of being automatically flagged and therefore cancelled within 24-76 hours.

We’re sorry to hear if you’ve received an incorrect or faulty product. To get this sorted ASAP, please email our support team at support@zrkldn.com and provide the following:

  • Your full name
  • Order Number
  • The product(s)
  • Clear photos of any faults or incorrect products (if incorrect please provide a photo of the product on the invoice and the product received along with any sizes found on the garment tag)

If a product that you have previously purchased has been reduced in price during a sale or promotion, unfortunately we are unable to reimburse the difference. As an online store our price changes are in accordance with trends, customer demand and stock availability. You are welcome to return the item for a refund and then re-order the item as its markdown price, however, it must be returned in accordance with our returns policy. Please note, we cannot guarantee product availability.

We can ship to almost any country in the world. Estimated delivery timescales for international orders will vary. The search bar below will show you where in the world we can ship orders to.

Which Regions Do We Ship To?

Russia: At this moment in time, due to Russian Government restrictions, we cannot ship to any customers in Russia.

Ukraine: At this moment in time, shipping services to Ukraine are currently suspended, therefore we're not able to ship any orders to customers in Ukraine until further notice.

Belarus: At this moment in time, shipping services to Belarus are currently suspended, therefore we're not able to ship any orders to customers in Belarus until further notice.

Palestine: Unfortunately, we are not able to ship orders to Palestinian Territories at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Iraq: Unfortunately, due to DHL’s Elevated Risk & Restricted Destination surcharges we have had to suspend shipping to Iraq until further notice.

Shipping fees for your region can be found at the last stage of checkout. Please note: These prices do not cover the cost of any customs duty/import fees. Payment of these charges is the full responsibility of the customer (this also applies to any orders that qualify for ‘Free International Shipping’). Please ensure that you are aware and well versed in the import fees and regulations of your region prior to ordering.

In the event of a shipment being refused at/or before the point of delivery, we may have the shipment returned to us by DHL where you will receive a refund, minus the cost of the item(s) being shipped back to us (Return shipping charge).

This will be the same as the shipping cost originally paid at the time of purchase. In some circumstances we may not be able to retrieve shipments that have been refused. These shipments may be abandoned and we will not be able to process a refund. We cannot be held accountable for non-compliance of payment of import duties or customs charges by the receiver.

We can accept returns for either refund or exchange. Any item returned to us will be refunded/exchanged on the basis that the returned item(s) are unworn, in their original and re-sellable condition within 30 days of recorded delivery. We cannot process any returns that have been washed or worn.

To return an item simply fill out the following returns form (in full) and enclose it with your returned items. You can download our returns form below.

Unfortunately, we do not process refunds or exchanges on items which are sent back to us outside of these timeframes. This will result in your item(s)/order being sent back to your original shipping address.

We aim to process your refund/exchange request within 7 days of receiving your item(s)/order.

All items are inspected upon return. To be eligible for an exchange or refund all items should be sent back to us in their original condition, unwashed and undamaged.

Please note: Refunds can only be processed once the returned item(s) have been received.

With the exception of any damaged/faulty items, we are not responsible for return postage fees. For any faulty/damaged items, please contact us on support@zrkldn.com before returning them and we will issue you a pre-paid returns label.

Once your order has been returned and a refund has been processed, please be aware the funds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account. Please note that processing times can vary between banks.
